Elevators Down for Significant Periods

The main elevator in the building has now been out of order for 30 days. The few communications we've received are that the part has been ordered. Poor communication by the new management team in general. We received notification that the garages were going to be cleaned and that our vehicles needed to be removed for the day. They failed to include what time in the morning they would begin work nor when they'd end.
The complex was pretty decent overall with the prior property management ...
groups and problems got fixed quickly, This has seemingly changed for the worse. Can no longer recommend.

Living at Youngstown is so great! A warm, welcoming and friendly staff and community.
The apartment homes are spacious and nice.
The location for hitting the junction, the beach and downtown couldn’t be more convenient.

The team here are amazing. They always make me feel welcomed and are very helpful. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and close to the freeway for quick access downtown. The rooftop views are pretty spectacular of the water and the downtown skyline. The apartment itself is very spacious with a lot of natural light. Very happy here.

I just moved into the Youngstown Flats and am extremely satisfied with the whole process from beginning to end. The management is awesome and are respectful and attentive and patient with me. I love the lobby. it really feels like I'm coming into a clean and safe environment there is an atmosphere of respect and the location is so much better than all the other apartments I looked at.

Do not move here. Maintenance team is great. Manager and regional manager are passive aggressive and see residents as dollar signs. They don’t care about us or our safety. Find a better place for a similar price.
