They won’t answer calls or emails after you move in unless it gets them money. They will also charge you for nonexistent damages with no proof and erase evidence that you paid a security deposit. Management changed at least 3 times in the 2 years I lived here.

I lived in Corvallis for more than 5 years, and Domain is definitely the worst one I have lived in. I lived here for three years, and always struggle with the noise after 10 pm. I used to email the stuff of domain with evidence, but I never get any response from them. When I moved out they charged me over $1300 for clearance and damage. I send a dispute email to the manager once I got the moveout statement and get the response 1.5 month later. I shared the room with 3 tenants and total charged us ...
$3000 for carpet replacement for the common area ( stairs ) and didn't provide me any invoice.
In summary, avoid domain to make your life happier.

One of the worse experiences I’ve had with an apartment. They allowed squatters to live in my unit up until I moved in, and this was the condition that it was left it. Continuous complaints due to noise and management through the year I lived there, and after moving out, they expect us to pay for the damages which already existed?! Nearly $900 in damages they expect us to pay despite the unit being in a much better condition than we got it in.
Community is not great either, many loud and ...
obnoxious residents, and very hostile dogs and owners which are continually allowed off leash in the open space shared area. My dog was even attacked by a known aggressive dog, which the management did nothing about. To add this this, it’s not even a great deal for what you get.
Do not lease here. You can be the best tenants ever and the management will 100% attempt to take advantage of you.
If you do stay here, DOCUMENT EVERYTHING. you will need to prove your innocence when you move out.

The said they would store his stuff away u until he picks them up but the stole the stuff instead he had a lot of stuff missing . He tried to renew his contract but when he arrived they told him they rented his room to someone else . The worst experience never stay there

They will rip you off at every turn and you'll never see the same face behind the counter twice. None of the staff knows what is going on and they charge you "fees" for nothing. They literally lie to you and charge way more than you initially agreed. Save yourself a lot of stress time and money and DO NOT LIVE HERE
