August 14, 2015If you are looking for a safe quiet place to live, you have found it here at Pardee Manor! Clean 1 and 2 bedroom apartments that overlook the beautiful courtyard, right from your balcony. Most people who take up residence here stay for a long time and are very friendly. It's nice to live in a place where you know your neighbors on a first name basis. The Manager is also very friendly and quick to respond to your calls if you need something. Where do i start?
July 27, 2015Well let me start with the pot holes in the parking lot, it has destroyed my suspension on my car, and made me get multiple wheel alignments. The apartment hallways are filthy in July and there is still rock salt from winter. The laundry room here smells like water mildew. Now let's talk about the apartment itself, the paint is the type of paint if you wipe it with anything wet it will wipe off the paint. The closet doors constantly come of track. The bedroom closet is nailed and wedged with thin ...pieces of wood. The bathrooms towel rake fell off the first time a towel was ever put on. The stove didn't work right for 5 months. The trim in the kitchen and the bathroom is poorly put on. The heaters in the living room are falling apart. The carpet was stained very badly when I moved in.
