April 24, 2025Mya the leasing agent & Christina the property manager are the absolute best ! They are very helpful, & urgently attentive to our issues. Anytime, we need assistance they are there . They have made many improvements to the property and it’s a much better place to live . The new amenities and upgrades are great . We love it here. Nice Neighborhood, Quiet!!
July 19, 2018I have lived in this complex for 5 years now and have never had any issues. It's in Yardville so it's a nice quiet area of town. There are a lot of kids which I don't mind. I keep a clean apt. so I have never had any issues as far as bugs or mice. Anytime I had an issue for maintenance they have come to fix it within a week. If you clean your house regularly and do what you are supposed to you will also have no issues. Also, the rent is the cheapest in Hamilton without being on the Trenton ...border!!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
It is not a good place to live
April 18, 2018This place is the worst.The staff is rude,they do not care about the tenant,only the money.kathy is extremely impossible to deal with..And what to say about pests...Cockroaches,mices,ants.I have mice,and i have gone to the office several times and do nothing.They do not want to pay an exterminator,they only come with some miserable traps.When they know they have to go to the basement and put something to kill them.I am very upset with the treatment i have received with this problem,this man came ...today with attitude and i do not have to endure it,when i pay my rent on time.I can not wait to finish the lease to go.And to future tenants,i suggest you think well before arriving here,if you do not want to live with so many pests.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

September 27, 2015I live in a One Bedroom and have rented here for two years and I like the size, plenty of closet space. Kitchen is outdated and fixtures are cheap. Lots of kids in the complex, haven't had any issues otherwise.Review from Apartments.com

August 19, 2015This is a nice quiet secluded location if your looking for privacy. Large closet space in the living, dining area and bedroom. There is a nice size linen closet next to the bathroom. Nice size windows and the apartment comes with an air conditioner in the living room. There is no assigned parking, so beware, people will get angry if you park in front of their apartment because they feel they should not have to walk far to get from their car to their apartment. Neighbors are friendly. Police ...patrol the area frequently, there are even police officers that live in the complex which is great. There is no pool, fitness center or playground for children.The complex is not kid friendly. If you have little children, you are not allowed to live on the second floor. No personal washers/dryers allowed in the units. However, there are washer/dryers on site. Overall, aside from the parking wars, this is a great location to live.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
