Zaterra made the leasing process simple and easy and the women in the front office are a pleasure to work with. The apartment was very clean and smelled fresh when I first walked in and the community was very welcoming. Lots of beautiful spaces to walk my dog and gorgeous amenities. I love that there are lots of activities and things planned for the community. Food trucks and goodie bags for the dogs since I've been here. Great place to live.

Zoterra is a beautiful luxury apartment that is equipped with two swimming pools, one jacuzzi, multiple barbecue grills, a clubhouse with games such as pool, ping pong, and shuffleboard, and a large dog run area. Perfect complex for dog owners.
