Great place to live I have lived in this apartment bldg for almost 7 yrs. I love the location. Also the rooftop deck is fantastic with puget sound views and yhe city dkyline. It is convient for everuthing busline, city night life grocery stores and resturants. I have no plans on moving

Broken amenities for MONTHS They’re terrible. We’ve had a broken tub for months and haven’t been able to use it. Our ice machine also went a year without getting fixed. The elevator was also broken for months and months… They DON’T CARE!

Enjoy living here. I enjoy the roof top, during warm weather, I like that there are a variety of restaurants, Safeway is just a few blocks away and I can get to most places using Metro.

Smooth Move In With Some Things to Note I really like the apartment and Chris was great with getting me settled in. I wish I knew that there was a switch for the bathroom fan and that the oven was going to set the fire alarms off when first using it. Also which plug would work with the light switch in the living room. Also, on my first day, I put the new toilet paper roll on the holder from the Xfinity welcome gift and saw that it was gone and nowhere to be found after coming back later that day. ...
Just gave me a bad feeling because now I was out of my only toilet paper roll and that someone took it when I was out of my apartment and hoping something like that won’t happen again. Overall I like the apartment.

So glad that I was able to find Zella. As someone moving from across the country it was hard to apartment hunt, but once I found Zella I knew this was it. The leasing agent that helped me throughout the process is so nice, patient, and understanding. I dont think everybody would take the time she did to make sure everything went smoothly. The apartment is well-designed and the response time is very quick to for any concerns. Overall very satisfied!

I moved in about a week ago sight unseen. The ladies at the office are lovely and made the process of moving in quick and easy. The rooftop view has the water, Mt. Rainer, Mountains, and the Space Needle. The interior is well designed. I hope to stay as long as Seattle wants me.

Zella is a beautiful new building with great finishes in the apartments. All the apartments have great light and floor to ceiling windows to make the space feel larger. The views from the rooftop are amazing of the Space needle, Elliott Bay, and Queen Anne. The management is always very friendly and stops to talk time and my dog to make us feel informed and welcome.
