The leasing agent that helped me throughout the process is so nice, patient, and understanding. I dont think everybody would take the time she did to make sure everything went smoothly. The views from the rooftop are amazing of the Space needle, Elliott Bay, and Queen Anne. March 25, 2020I've lived at Zella for 3 weeks and so far it has been great! The location is great and views from the roof are amazing! We love having washer and dryer in unit as well as a dish washer. We also love having a small gym on the property. We never seem to hear our neighbors and noise outside the apartment is pretty minimal as well. The staff does a great job of addressing any issues and keeping the property functioning well!Property Manager Responded
