March 17, 2026Broken amenities for MONTHS They’re terrible. We’ve had a broken tub for months and haven’t been able to use it. Our ice machine also went a year without getting fixed. The elevator was also broken for months and months… They DON’T CARE!Property Manager Responded

March 2, 2026Smooth Move In With Some Things to Note I really like the apartment and Chris was great with getting me settled in. I wish I knew that there was a switch for the bathroom fan and that the oven was going to set the fire alarms off when first using it. Also which plug would work with the light switch in the living room. Also, on my first day, I put the new toilet paper roll on the holder from the Xfinity welcome gift and saw that it was gone and nowhere to be found after coming back later that day. ...Just gave me a bad feeling because now I was out of my only toilet paper roll and that someone took it when I was out of my apartment and hoping something like that won’t happen again. The leasing agent that helped me throughout the process is so nice, patient, and understanding. I dont think everybody would take the time she did to make sure everything went smoothly. The views from the rooftop are amazing of the Space needle, Elliott Bay, and Queen Anne.
