Terrible lazy back and forth property management

Lazy worthless apartment management that instead of simply contacting you, immediately jumps to scaring you with an eviction notice with incorrect information claiming you didn't pay when you've already paid and they just failed to do their job properly. Would not suggest living here to anyone. Update: now they're telling me they do not do lease breaks when a couple of months ago I was told they did, and they're telling me they do not do lease transfers in any way which they told me they did a ...

couple of weeks ago. They're telling me that when they told me that a couple of weeks ago they weren't under new management and that they are now, but they were in fact already under new management when they told me that.

Fire Hazard

Had to move apartments because of a fire in the adjacent unit. In my new unit one of the fixtures sparked and smoked, took them over a week to even come in and look at it. Management does not seem to care about the safety of it tenants do not move here if you have other options.
