Not Worth Your Time. AT ALL.

Just like the previous reviewer, I'm asking myself, "Where do I even begin?"
Complex:
-Can't see a show room before renting. They show you a video tour of the apartment.
-Dog poop EVERYWHERE. You can't walk in the grass even if you tried; it's that bad.
-The laundry facility sucks. There's only 4-5 washers, and it's not uncommon for half of them be broken. Newer washers/dryers can hold almost double the load size as these. ON TOP OF THAT, we have to pay to use them! $1.25 per wash & per dry. ...
Which adds up because of their size.
-The pool is not even half the quality the pictures that they show you make it seem.
-The parking spots are extremely close together. I now have dents/scratches on the sides of my car that I wouldn't have had if I didn't live here.
-The staircases all around the complex are literally crumbling to the ground. The metal railing on them is rusting away & the concrete part of the steps are breaking apart. Not safe at all!
Apartment:
-Noisy. Noisy as in I can actually hear neighbors turn on/off their faucets, open dresser drawers, walk around, and talk.
-Ours had a foundation leak. We had water coming UP FROM THE FLOOR & puddling up around our living room. Anytime it rained, we had to keep an eye out & put towels down to make sure our electronics and furniture wouldn't get ruined
-Ours definitely had some electrical problem. I can't tell you how many times we've had random light bulbs throughout the apartment blow out on their own.
-Very dimly lit. One ceiling fan in the bedroom(s). Everywhere else, there's very little lighting, & in the living room there's actually none.
Management:
-Not good at communicating or delegating. One time the phones/computer system was down for days. They never sent an email out about it. Regarding the dog poop, everyone got a memo saying there would be fines for it. Yet here we all are, with dog poop still everywhere.
-The office is an 8 min drive from Zen. I personally disliked having to drive just to drop off rent.
-Hours do fluctuate. Call ahead instead of drive.
Others:
-You pay way too much for what you get. You're paying for the location.
-Maintenance team here does not care and halfway does the fixing up jobs.
Good things:
-Management means well.
-Close to campus; 7 min walk to BLB.
-Not party apartments.
Overall, ONLY lease here if you're desperate. This place is awful.

I don't even know where to begin. Lived here almost a year.
Let's start with parking. Parking lot is tiny and sometimes you can't find a spot, cars constantly getting damaged. It's absolutely horrendous.
Bugs- Massive cockroach infestation throughout the apartments. We have sprayed, had professionals come. Nothing works.
Overall construction quality- Everything is rickety, old, poorly assembled and usually broken. The maintainence service is God-awful and they don't seem qualified to sweep ...
floors, let alone be trusted to fix anything.
Value- Ridiculous rent prices, you can get a house with what you'll pay monthly.
I cannot stress it enough, DO NOT MOVE INTO THESE APARTMENTS!!!!!
