April 4, 2022Be aware! Zen has new owners! Now charging tenants for, water,sewage, garbage, and pest control! We have roaches, rats and bedbugs among others. In addition to your rent! You have no INDIVISIONAL meters so the monthly bill is divide among residents. Nor will you ever see the actual monthly bill!!! Just told your portion and take there word for it. Yes Energy,, based out of GA. Is a company of Yardi. Mgr. and assistant are rude to elders. They simply say " you don't like it then MOVE!"Review from Apartments.com
This Place Couldnt Be Any More Amazin
September 27, 2019I'm ending my second month here at Zen Senior Living Diamond Valley. This place really is incredible. Impeccable is a word that best describes the community grounds, my apartment, the staff, and the maintenance team (what limited amount of interaction I have had with them.) I am greeted graciously by each at every interaction. You know that they have a sense of pride and concern for each of the residents that reside here. I've been in the customer service business for over 25 years and I am truly ...AMAZED at how they represent their positions within the community. I am confident that if I did have a problem with my apartment, that they would be genuinely concerned and would make all efforts to resolve the issue and deliver on their promise. As far as Stressed are concerned, there are none, Thanks to the wonderful attention to detail in the way in which this community is run. Just today I ran into someone (who knows me well) that asked me why I don't look anything like I did 8 weeks ago. It is almost entirely due to my wonderful lifestyle, the mindfulness that I get each night as I walk from the street to my apartment, and finally due to Michelle, Gilbert, Chasandra, and Gene. It only takes a moment and a walk to experience the true reason why the name Zen is the best way to describe this place.Property Manager Responded
