August 28, 2025This is one of the most terrible communities I've ever lived in. I will not be renewing my lease! Concerns and complaints are not addressed, or residents are told there's nothing management can do, basically deal with it. If things are broken, maintenance is so backed up and without resources that it takes long to get a washer fixed or a dishwasher fixed, or one time I was sent to a vacant apartment for days to take a shower and get water because my hot water tank was broken. What did I get for ...the inconvenience? Nothing! Only, "these things are out of our control and we're doing the best we can to fix it quickly." This is the common response. Bugs and roaches in everyone's apartment! Management and corporate do not care about the living conditions of the residents and it shows. This place is terrible!!!Property Manager Responded
