WARNING!!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!
April 25, 2021WARNING!!!!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! This is the most accurate review I can write for a place because I just moved out a month ago. If you want to live in a place with hallways that smell of garbage everyday (because a specific tenant brings in FULL GARBAGE CANS and RANDOM FURNITURE that smells of garbage that they collect and leave in front of their front door), lost packages, ignored complaints that REMAINED UNRESOLVED, disruptive and mentally unstable tenants on every floor, domestic abuse ...fights, police coming in and out like its domino's pizza, terrible washer/ dryer machines that charge $5 in total to wash and dry ONE LOAD (while they are also broken half the time), and just an overall FALSE REPRESENTATION on their own website; If ALL of that seems professional, and well managed then go right ahead. Absolutely ridiculous. I don't even write reviews, and I generally prefer to handle things professionally and in person, but this place is AWFUL. They go through so many different apartment managers because THEY THEMSELVES CANNOT MANAGE THIS PLACE. I lowkey felt sorry for a few of them I met through my one year there, but it makes no sense how terrible this place is. I have been far beyond patient with them but I can't let them mess over other people and their money. Also be warned that THEY WILL KEEP YOUR DEPOSIT after you leave, even after you cleaned it more thoroughly than when THEY RENTED IT TO YOU. When I got there they still had the previous owners things in the kitchen drawers and cabinets. They will also not even give you a letter listing what they are charging you for from your deposit. I paid my rent on time every month, made complaints rather than handling things myself, did everything they wanted and still I dealt with all these issues; while there were plenty of tenants not paying any rent, destroying their property, AND GETTING ON EVERYONE'S NERVES. Bottom line is DO NOT MOVE HERE. Because once you do, and you try to break your lease, they will charge you 2 months rent to terminate. Unprofessional.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
