Safe, quiet, clean, and friendly!! Management (Bradley) was very quick to respond and accommodating! When my contract ended I was not ready to leave this place! I will use this property again if a contract lands in this area! Don’t hesitate u will not be disappointed

The amenities that come with the apartment are better than anything I have had at any other apartment. Love that rent also includes the utilities, making it much easier to budget for the month.

Utilities included in the rent and having semi-furnished units are a plus! Love having Kennedy Park across the street; perfect for our daily walks with our dog. Ample parking and early snow removal makes it easy to go to work. Major stores/super markets very close by. School for our daughter at a walking distance (D C Everest school district one of the ...best in area). Lots to do summer/winter; water park/ice rink/bowling near by. Plenty of opportunities to get acquainted with neighbors, thanks to the Meet & Greet that management organizes. Free access to the pool/hot tub and gym at Stoney Creek is a great bonus.Read More

Terrible Management
November 19, 2023 - Review from Apartments.comThe management here is absolutely terrible! After a couple weeks of being there our ac unit becan to drip water and ended up damaging the wall. The paint would create pockets of water which would then pop. We sent a message out letting them know we need someone to come and fix it asap. The maintenance guy showed up to check it out. Told me he’d be right back he was going to get paint. Not only did he never come back, he left the company. Not only were we never notified. We never got the ac fixed ...nor the wall repaired. They notified the complex they’d be installing screens to the windows. That never happened! Window couldn’t be open because bugs would get it. They mow the lawn at 7am. We where left a note on our door accusing us of not paying rent. So we emailed and let them know we did that the app said otherwise. Got an email basically saying oops sorry my coworker never let me know you had paid. So obliviously management communication was not strong. The cleaning people can’t clean. The hallways are filled with dirt, hair etc. Tenants don’t pick up after there pets. While living there from August 2022- August 2023 the water heater of the building went out half way through our lease. They “fixed” it right away. Only to not have hot water till the last day we were there. We had let them know that we didn’t have hot water, no one got back to us. We emailed for a new ac filter , because ours was dirty after a few times of taking the vacuum to it. Still no reply back. Never a letter letting us know our lease was ending. Nothing about the deposit. How to leave the premises, what to do with the mail key. Noting at all! We left and hoped for the best. We don’t recommend leasing from here with that being said.Read More
