I made no mistake choosing this building to live in. It's beautiful, clean, and very quiet. The manager, Ms. Dayanara, was spectacular, very attentive, and treated me excellently. The Super and cleaning staff were also very friendly.

I lived in citivillage @ Plainfield for almost two years. The new manager Dayanara is wonderful and thirst to help and listen to her residents concerns and complains.
The maintenance team Huber is always on top of his job. And they ask for your permission to enter the apartment for maintenance.
The cleaners come two times a week and they take a good care of all the common areas, hallways, elevator…..
Overall would recommend.

The building manager is rarely available and does not respond to emails in a timely manner. It is frustrating to have to handle issues independently due to a lack of communication. It seems that the property owner prioritizes financial gain over tenant satisfaction, which is disappointing.
Tenants are constantly leaving this place as soon as the lease time is over.
DO NOT RENT HERE!

Renter of one year here, and I am telling you, stay away. First and foremost - if you enjoy hearing absolutely everything that is happening outside, even with all windows closed, this is the spot for you.
Need to sleep for work? Overrated! Why not hear the beautiful ear-piercing sound of a train horn up until 12:30 AM?! In a deep sleep? Too bad! Enjoy the sound of a clapped-out 2002 Honda Civic with an exhaust swap at 2:00 AM! Who needs absolute darkness? You can move here and still see all of ...

Do you like vinyl floors that aren't installed properly? This is the spot for you! Your vinyl floors will chip and come undone at any time. Do you enjoy new apartments that have been built with no quality in mind and have cabinets that aren't even finished? Absolutely!
The hallway rugs are stained with "luxury" in mind, providing a beautiful contrast. The elevator is tastefully full of pet urine, and the lobby is too. The rooftop "lounge" is consistently a mess with even vomit being frequent all in the name of luxury!

The building has potential, however the tenants are disgusting. I’ve seen open bags of food and garbage in the garbage rooms. Someone once threw up on the roof and didn’t clean it. People let their animals urinate/defecate in the elevator and do not clean it up. The quality of the materials used to build the apartment are cheap. The traffic outside and drag racers make sleeping downright impossible. There are also a number of homeless people who try and enter the building under the guise they ...
forgot their passcodes to enter. Overall, the building has a lot of potential but was unfortunately built very quickly and improperly. The tenants are unkept and downright disrespectful to the gracious maintenance/cleaning staff.

Great location near Plainfield Statiom, with excellent amenities like a gym and media room. The apartment is clean and well-maintained. Management is responsive, but the rent feels slightly high for the space.

This is a beautiful, well-kept building. I had a tour and the manager was very thorough. She showed me everything in the building. The rooftop deck is amazing. The garbage room was clean and smelled good. They have a great community room. Im waiting for a beautiful two bedroom to come available.
