It sits in the heart of beautiful Foster city right next to Ranch 99, restaurants, and lagoons. However, the property itself is old, basic, small, and EXPENSIVE. Every year it increases the rent by skyrocket. I understand it is an expensive location with mostly high income earners but increasing 250$ a year isn't an appropriate way to retain your tenants. units being vacant. The office staff are generally nice and easy going, the maintenance team is up on the speed. The parking space is great for more than 2 cars per unit. Other than that, I don't see why paying this much money to stay in a worn out place.
