eaves at rancho penasquitos needs some work
August 22, 2015This apartment has a great maintenance crew, but this is where the good stops and the bad begins. The crew is needed because there is constantly something that is disfunctional. The washing machine/dryer is terrible and takes 4-6 hours to wash and dry one load. Also the Tandem parking drives you crazy. Cant wait to move out of here.....Review from Apartments.com
Accidentally found a home
August 21, 2015Found it by accident, but glad we did. My husband and I were looking to find our first home. Being married for only 2 weeks we stumbled across Eaves while trying to find a different address. We stopped because the entrance looked inviting. The amenities are great, and the staff is always so helpful. The apartments are spacious, and the internet cafe was very convenient when waiting for our cable and internet to be installed, and the convenience of a gym right by the pool is great.
