Great place to live, work and enjoy the area
March 23, 2021We rented the apartment in Seal Beach so that my husband would be close to his job at the Port of Long Beach, but also enjoy his leisure time there. Downtown Seal Beach, with quaint shops, great restaurants and many services is a short walk from the Eaves. There is a great bicycle path along the river accessible from the apartment. The complex itself offers a variety of amenities, excellent response to maintenance requests when necessary and a great staff! Very noisy
September 3, 2020A month ago. Two weeks ago. Last week and yesterday . they lived in the room above. They dry their clothes on the balcony. And the water that washed the clothes dripping down on my balcony I thought it was inappropriate and it made me trouble. Also yesterday, their shirts fell onto my balcony. I didn't return the clothes to them. But it was gone from my balcony yesterday. I also included the picture of the clothes that was on my balcony and the picture of they dry their clothes on the balcony. ...And very noisy. The building is very old. Smokers in our unit
February 23, 2020We were excited at move in when we entered our new apartment and it reeked like cigarette smoke. They didn’t say anything until i commented on it. Then they tell me they know and they had an air filter going for a bit beforehand. I requested they properly change the carpets and paint everything and change the blinds etc to fix the smell. We had to unload everything from our uhaul into a vacant apartment. then we had to sleep in a third apartment while they repaired everything. Then we moved all ...our stuff from the vacant apartment to our apartment and once their scented sprays wore off it reeked like cigarettes again. They cabinets were also molding and smelled really bad. The manager was this defensive idiot and I mentioned the landlords legal duty to the tenant to keep the premises habitable and he just got upset and refused to accommodate us. This building used to be great
November 5, 2018The building is great. However, the new building owners decided to take away all resident guest parking WITHOUT NOTICE. We paid for that parking in out high rent and now our guests have to park on the street. good luck having more than 2 people over at any time.Review from Apartments.com
