August 14, 2015well appointed 1 bedrroom apartment with storage closet and patio. Tucked in the end of one of several building. wheel chair accesible. within 2 blocks of rapid transit station. Have lived here four, almost five years. I am wheelchair bound and have access to my downtown and the entirety of the San Francisco Bay Area.Review from Apartments.com

August 28, 2015If you LOVE food trucks, hiking along trails, and downtown live music vibes, then this is the place for you! My fiance and I just moved from SF after living there for 7 years downtown and we were trying to find a place that we could still feel a mix between urban city chic and chill people. We definitely found it here at the Eaves. It's perfect for commuting, walking downtown and socializing with friends. Rent is definitely not cheap and I wish the gym was a lot bigger, but there are two pools, ...bbq pits and the customer service here is up front and friendly. They help when they are able and always say hello when you're walking around. The neighbors I hardly see due to the huge number of people commuting for work out of this area. I will warn you that Eaves Apartments do not have guest parking, so having people over is difficult (park at bart or on cherry lane)- also one apartment=1 parking spot! The area is safe to walk at night, I would know because my job has crazy hours and I never feel scared walking home because it is well lit. Overall awesome vibe, good neighbors, but rent is being raised more than 10% and we might have to move. Otherwise, move on in! :)Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
