May 7, 2026The water was shut off 2-4x/month my entire two year stay there, and the sewer flooded up into a moat around the building twice and didnt get handled for days each time. They charged us for wear and tear and ghosted us when we disputed that they basically stole our entire deposit and pocketed our pet deposit. The office is almost never open on time and closes randomly throughout the day.Review from Apartments.com
A very nice family place to live
July 30, 2024I have been a resident of EvRia Diamond valley Apartments for nearly 5 years and I plan on staying for more. I absolutely love it here. And I'm writing to praise the maintenance team. The maintenance team is super friendly, respectful, fast, and efficient. Every single time. I recently had a new microwave and a new garbage disposal installed in under 5 minutes. Any maintenance requests I've put in has been resolved within the same day. I couldn't recommend these apartments enough. :)Review from Apartments.com
