Don’t move here
March 11, 2026This place is a mini project. Kids fighting hanging in hallway smoking etc. The worst part about it is the kids pulling the fire alarm every night after 11pm it was so bad the fire department had to just post up over there at night. Management sucks and when you leave you have to fight for your deposit. DONT MOVE HERE ITS HORRIBLE!!!!!Property Manager Responded

terrible I should have read the reviews first
July 16, 2024I have only been there for 6 months now I have to move because they failed inspection 3 times in a row due to termite infestation and the windows not being able to go up. And they like sending maintenance to your house without letting you know. now I see why the tenants have ring doorbells. I thought it was for safety reasons not for the people who work there. Now I'm going through hell trying to get my deposit back to move out. I will never recommend anyone here. How you renovate the front ...office but not the building the tenants live. bird nest and poop everywhere,spiders everything. the ground needs to be pressure washed its just so nasty. it's a no for me
April 25, 2024The absolute worst living environment I have ever stayed in. Roach infestation no matter how much I cleaned they don't leave. My toilet was broken for over a year, and my AC and heat go in and out. None of the lights in my apartment work either. I called the office AND went up there several times to get this fixed and no one has come to look at it yet, but they want to constantly raise rent and add rules which is insane to me! you'll do better renting out a box than staying here.Property Manager Responded

Do not lease here
April 15, 2020I am unhappy about my living arrangements. I was told this apartment complex was quiet & there would always be parking available however both statements are lies. I am fed up with upstair neighbors as well as rude front office manager Rebecca. This complex reminds me of a low class housing project. Terrible
April 7, 2020Maintenance takes forever! Whatever they “fix” breaks right back down. The place is unsealed so when people move in or out they have roaches! Pregnant ones at that! We’ve been here for years. We encountered lizards and spiders too.Property Manager Responded

NEVER RENT A APARTMENT AT LAKESIDE
January 7, 2020I do NOT recommend anyone move into these apartments. My daughter and I lived here for 5 years and we had to move out because they became infested with ants. For months I was complaining to them about the ants I even showed them pictures of the ants crawling on my walls, piles of them on my dresser, in my daughter BED & I even brought boxes of food that had never been open that was fill with ants to the front office and they refused to do anything about the ants. My dog also was killed by another ...dog in these apartments, my daughter was walking her puppy( Yorkie 3pounds) and another dog(pit bull 121pounds) got loose from his owner and was running toward my daughter she picked her puppy up and tried to run but it was to late the dog jumped and snatched her puppy out her hand and killed him in front of her & Lakeside did absolutely nothing about it! Also Maintenance is HORRIBLE they refuse to fix anything in my apartment and they are never nowhere to be found. If you are thinking about moving here please reconsider because these apartments are Horrible!Property Manager Responded

Horrible/Unprofessional
April 5, 2019I live here now and I only been 5 months and I'm from a different state and I'm ready to move ASAP 1st day it was a issue with Bugs and the staff was rude about it one of the girls in the office made a very disrespectful comment to me that was so out of line ( I'm happy I changed and I'm a peaceful person) 2nd thing is I had to go bye bug spray out of my pocket the people came a week later to spray 3rd thing my kitchen sink went out woke up at 5am and step in water and it was water all on the ...floor had to call the emergency number had to leave the apt to go get my dawta all the way in New Orleans so she could be there for when the guy came and I had to put my good towels on the floor 4th things the whole lock came off the door and the staff was again rude to my dawta and had called the police after the mail lady was rude and we just got back from Florida and all she did was go get the mail and I was right there and last thing now the Manger messed with my mail box for nothing and that is a problem... called the post office and talked to the Director and she stated that the mail lady said it was the Manger not her that did some disrespectful thing to my mail box almost got the mail lady in trouble so the bottom line this apt building is evil I have to sage everyday when I get there the Energy is off and I don't want that type of Energy getting on Me. Unprofessional
January 13, 2016The people that work here are very unprofessional. I was told that I could move in on the 15 th of January. When I called to check on the apartment I was told I didn't qualify, after being told I did. Rebecca Has A nasty attitude. They never let me speak to a manager.
