I have been living in this complex for 3 years and I have seen alot of changes this year, since new management
has taken over. Exterminator has been to my apartment and my roach problem has been fixed.

Maple Ridge Apartments was taken over by new management in early February 2022. In three months, the owner has fumigated for pests several times and has renovated five apartments. Renovated apartments include new flooring, countertops, electrical devices and light fixtures.
New kitchens, vanities, appliances and bathroom mirrors have been replaced for select apartments as needed. The on site super is extremely attentive and polite. The new owner takes great care and concern for the property, so ...

Appartments are very old and outdated, very hard to get proper maintenance. Infested with bugs. (Roaches & bed bugs) Manager runs an auto wash shop from the parking lot.

The place is infested with roaches and nobody will do anything about!! So glad I'm not living there. They're so bad they come out during the day and at night they cover the kitchen counters and walls. It's truly very disgusting.
