January 25, 2018Visit the property last week to see an apartment. Even though the weather was very cold and raining, the office staff was very friendly and knowledgeable on the questions I had. Did not get to see an apartment due to real bad weather but the floor plans were very helpful. I was very impress with the curb appeal and the cleansing of the office.Property Manager Responded

January 25, 2018I just moved here from Dallas for a job. I moved in my apartment on Saturday and the staff was amazing. My apartment is great and I like the idea of having a courtesy officer living on property. I'm so happy here and it is close to everything.Property Manager Responded

January 25, 2018I am a contractor and I periodically have to go out of town for periods of time for work. Usually I'll just stay in a hotel, but being that this particular job in Bay City was going to be 6 months I figured I might as well get comfortable. Luckily I stumbled upon these apartments! Which was even more perfect was that they had corporate apartments available. Fully furnished! Even had a tv with cable! All I literally had to do was bring my suitcase.Property Manager Responded

October 11, 2015This complex was a mess at first..they have been through several owners. But the last owners came in evicted good people..yet they overhauled and cleaned the place up. They moved in a lot or transient plant workers and went up on current residents rent by 100.00 after fixing the place. The basketball court is still inoperable and the main laundry room always has broken machines. We pay 695.00 for a 2/1 782sq ft apt with a fireplace that's capped off and no washer and dryer. So...it's an OK ...place to live. Nothing to write home about!Property Manager Responded
