March 8, 2024I love living here, excellent location with New Seasons next door and 11th Ave a 2 minute walk away. The apartment itself is small, but the space is thought out and all usable so it doesn’t ever feel cramped. The finishes are great and the app is easy to use for rent payments and maintenance. The only thing to improve is the mail will get mixed up between the two buildings and dropped at the wrong door often, but with nice tenants they notify me when I need to go pick up my package. I am very ...happy to live here and with my choice of apartments after touring about 15 different places in Sellwood!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
