The neighborhood is quiet. My neighbors are friendly and helpful. I have a sense of community here. My only complaint is that they need to hire more maintenance personnel, because even though the 2 people they have are great and do the best they can, they are covering 2 properties and can only do so much.

I love my apartment and neighbors. I feel the curb appeal needs to be improved upon. I think people would find it more appealing. The buildings need basic maintenance. I plan on staying here for years to come.

So far it’s kind of below average. Just lucky I have a beautiful family that can always distract the negative impact of things. Still a hole in the hall closet, master toilet doesn’t work and 3 days past scheduled maintenance. The living room porch door is so old and chipped you can literally feel the cold wind from outside blowing in along with the carpet by the door getting wet everytime it rains/snows. Grateful to have a roof over my head, just irritated I didn’t spot these issues beforehand ...
