February 26, 2026Crossroads is a great apartment! I am headed towards my third renewal and I can’t imagine living anywhere else. The office and maintenance staff are responsive, attentive, and friendly. They feel like family! The building is well maintained and you can tell the residents respect the space. We have a convenient shop on the 5th floor that has been a life saver more than once. As a pet owner, it’s important to be in a place where dogs are welcome. Crossroads definitely accomplishes that. My ...apartment has a great view of the Batman building, new appliances, a large closet, and limited noise from surrounding apartments or the amenities despite being on the amenities floor. The Most Amazing Gulch Apartment
October 28, 2025I've lived in Crossroads for almost two years. I've lived in so many different apartments in Nashville and this is by far my favorite. Finding an apartment in the Gulch can be overwhelming. There are so many options, so walkable, so many great amenities etc. The moment I walked in Crossroads I felt at home. I toured so many apartments that day and I kept being led back here. The staff is amazing and responsive. My neighbors are the nicest people. Parking is great despite the location. November 29, 2024Was super impressed at the rate I received for my 6 month lease…my experience is that most places charge significantly more if you are signing anything less than 12 months. Loving my apartment so far! My favorite features are the floor to ceiling windows, island and gas range stove. It seems like I see cleaning staff here every single day so it always looks and smells clean. Parking garage feels secure and I’ve never felt unsafe.
