I am really glad I chose this complex. Management is terrific. They never hesitate to help with any issues I have. When I first moved in the dishwasher was in need of replacing and they gave me a brand new one when I requested. They also gave me a brand new clothes dryer. Maintenance team deserves 5 stars. They are very responsive and friendly and polite. I am an older male with some balance issues and I requested to have grab bars installed in my bath and they had them installed before I moved ...

Staff friendly but property looks like it’s gone downhill a little bit since I moved in a year ago. Very little landscaping, trash overflowing with large items residents leave out and the package lockers are terrible.

Not a safe place for kids. Terrible wood construction. Property manager is a narcissist.

Don't rent from this place. There are plenty if better options in the surrounding area. This place is the ghetto. The quality of the construction is very poor and cheap. The buildings are made entirely out of wood and you can hear every single footstep and toilet flush from you adjacent neighbors. I was stalked and harassed by the black couple living directly above me. They chased me out after only 6 weeks by constantly dropping heavy objects over my head where ever Inwas inside my apartment. ...
Seriously, consider why a multi story apartment with a garage is so cheap, it's because its actually cheap. Also, most of their reviews are phony, you can tell because the person only leaves 1 review.

Regarding the noise concerns, after a thorough investigation, we did not find evidence of any sounds outside the typical range of apartment living. We made every effort to address your concerns, including visiting your apartment to assess the situation firsthand. Additionally, we offered a transfer and other available options in accordance with your lease agreement.
