I rented a two-bedroom apartment in Reserve at Chino Hills last year. When I was looking at the apartment, I clearly told the agent in the office that I needed to rent for a year. But on the day of moving in, when I loaded my things into the U-Haul and prepared to move in, she called me and said that I could only rent for half a year because I was not sure if it would be available after half a year. places. This behavior caused me to move again after half a year, but I was about to move in at the time, so I had to agree. After moving in, the two available parking spaces promised to us were reduced to one, and every time we needed maintenance help, their maintenance team would be very unhappy, complaining all the time and coming very slowly every time.
