DONT MOVE HERE !!!
May 8, 2024These apartments are infested with bugs !!! Mind you they make you pay 5 dollars in rent for pest control who dosent come when you ask them to ! Can’t even cook without a bug coming out .This apartment complex has been having this problem for years and still nothings changed . But they are quick to tow your car but can’t get these bugs out my house be foreal !!!! Next stop is the NEWS everybody needs to know this !Review from Apartments.com

Terrible management
August 23, 2022very unprofessional, they have given me 4 different dates to move in and once arrive on the final set time i came to my apartment still being cleaned when it’s was supposed to be done a month ahead of time. Now my lease is done and I do not have a place to live for 2 weeks because of the false information provided on their endReview from Apartments.com

DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!
September 30, 2021This is the absolute WORST apartment complex I have ever lived in in my life! If I could give this place negative stars I would!! Shootings/murders every other month, bathrooms that don’t want to work, the gates are never closed, nobody in the office ever answers the phone, and then maintenance erasing work orders and pretending like we didn’t submit 3! The worst part is we called and spoke to someone and still haven’t gotten our issue resolved. Tried calling 3 times this morning and of course ...nobody answered. So we went to the leasing office to find them having a good ole time eating and enjoying each other’s company. I hate it here! If we could leave today we would.Property Manager Responded

ROACH INFESTED
July 19, 2021ROACHES EVERYWHERE DO NOT MOVE HERE I noticed roaches in the place 1st month being there and had to have pest control come bi weekly to spray, I couldn’t enjoy my balcony due to the bugs, roaches would even be in the parking lot. I even had to create a routine to spray down the place Inside and outside to try to keep them away.Property Manager Responded

STAY AWAY

You're more likely to find better Elsewhere
October 4, 2020Not happy about lack of Corporate reach out after I've attempted to get in contact with them for two months. Roads have gone unpaved for a year. They do some minor patchwork, bit your car will definitely feel the pain. Can't be a gated community if there isn't a gate. Prices now are pretty ridiculous, considering no improvement had really happened. Lots of dry rot in kitchen areas, counters seem to be spray painted back to white. Question is: Why would you increase rent, if your complex is ...deteriorating?Property Manager Responded
