They have a huge selection of shellfish at their oyster bar, from all around the nation, and the world, from Maine to California, from Washington to Nova Scotia, and even oysters fresh from New Zealand. They have dozens of appetizers to choose from, such as house-cured salmon, grilled calamari, tuna tartare and escargots Bourgogne, and they even offer a caviar service.
