There are a number of beautiful buildings scattered throughout Augusta, but there are few quite as importance, or historically significant as the Blaine House. Though it has seen a lot of history in its day, it's most famously known as the current Governor's Mansion for the Governor of Maine, and home to the First Family. The Blaine House is a major landmark in town, and one spot that every Augusta apartment resident should make it a point to see, to see the spot where so many great figures have tread the boards.
