Restricted breeds/mixes include but are not limited to: Rottweiler, Chow, Presa Canario, Doberman, Akita, Pit Bull (also known as American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, or Pit Bull Terrier), Cane Corso, or any Mastiff breed. Any animals that are not cats or dogs must continually stay in a cage or tank

Política sobre otros animalesPets Welcome Upon Approval.Breed restrictions apply.Each apartment home is allowed a maximum of (3) three pets with a combined weight limit of 160 lbs.A $250.00 non-refundable pet fee is required for the first un-caged domestic animal upon lease approval, and an additional $125.00 non-refundable pet fee will be required for any additional un-caged domestic animal upon lease approval. Pet insurance is required. The pet fee is a privilege fee and does not cover any actual damage by pets.
