Each chef/brother has his own separate menu, from which you can choose dishes from either one, or both! It's a swanky place, but the whole idea of two brothers outdoing each other in the kitchen adds a fun vibe to this posh place. The Modern American menu features fish and lamb, pasta and beef. On one side of the menu is Chef David Kinkead's name, and on the other, the brother Bob. For example, one of the boys will offer "Beef" as an appetizer - while the other will offer it as an entree, and vice versa. To get the full effect of Sibling Rivalry, gather a few apartment-ites to your group of eight at the Chef's Bar, where you may watch the goings-on of renowned chefs and sous chefs. Or on those pleasant evenings or lovely afternoons, sit on the enjoyable outdoor patio. The incredible wine list has categories of wine described as Crisp, Lively whites and Lush, Full-bodied whites, and the reds are detailed as Round Juicy reds and Earthy reds. The descriptions under each sound good enough to eat! And the creative cocktail menu will have you smacking your lips. And although the dinner is scrumptious, you must save room for Sibling Rivalry's desserts - yummy, creative creations involving chocolate, caramel and ice cream. So go stir up a little Sibling Rivalry with David and Bob, although both of their offerings are delicious.
