Let's face it - sometimes the daily grind of life can be a confusing series of twists and turns. Is it garbage day? Does your apartment allow for pet iguanas? Comprised of over 4,800 square feet of sharp angels, tight squeezes and flashing lights, the Funhouse Maze has been a 'must-see' staple of Chicago's scene for years. A huge array of specialty rooms await, ranging from the stomach-testing Elevator Drop to the truly trippy light spectacle that is the Psychedelic Mine Shaft, and the always-popular Mirror Maze was designed by none other than six-time Guinness world record winner Adrian Fisher. Housed on the scenic Navy Pier section of town and running a mere $10 for admission, the Funhouse Maze's low cost and walking distance proximity to both shopping and numerous restaurants makes it a perfect lead-off to a first date or an afternoon out with family. After an hour bouncing around tunnels, strobe lights and distortion mirrors, odds are good your view of the stunning Chicago skyline from the pier will take on a wholly unique perspective.
