Mansions on the Plaza is a pet friendly community! Pet fees may vary based on unit size. We also have a breed restriction list. Please contact the office for additional information on our pet policy and fees.

We are a pet-friendly community allowing 2 pets per unit with a combined weight limit of 85 pounds. Qualified service animals are always welcome without additional fees or rent. Veterinary documentation must be provided to include breed, weight once fully grown, and current vaccination records at the time of occupancy. Pet policies are subject to management's discretion. We will allow a maximum of two (2) pets that weigh less than 30 pounds each or one (1) pet that weighs between 31 and 75 pounds per apartment. Weight limit may apply to the weight of the pet at maturity. The pet fee is $400 per household for up to 2 pets. Management reserves the right to restrict certain breeds.
