They also have a number of delicious salad and soup options to start your meal. When it comes to dinner, you can choose between Les Viandes, the meats, of Les Poissons, the fish. For the fish, there's cuisses provencal, pan-roasted frog legs covered in a ragout of tomatoes, onions, capers, olives, garlic and lemon juice, lotte au saffran, seared monkfish with creamy artichoke heart and saffron sauce, or cabillaud a la remoulade, cornmeal-crusted Pacific cod with key lime and red pepper remoulade.
