A washer and dryer are available in the home, along with everyday essentials like towels, bed linens, basic household supplies, clothing storage, hangers, and an iron. Step outside to a patio or balcony area with a BBQ grill, perfect for fresh air and a quiet moment between plans. The private backyard offers a peaceful setting year-round. Traveling with little ones is easier with a Pack ’n play/Travel crib available. Max 2 dogs are allowed for a flat fee of $125, and requests for a 3rd or 4th dog are subject to approval and an additional $100. A private entrance makes arrivals smooth, and free parking on premises keeps everything convenient from the moment you pull in. This is a 4-plex apartment, so the unit is attached to others, and you may occasionally hear light noise from neighboring units. Quiet time starts at 10 PM. Absolutely no parties are allowed, and if an unauthorized gathering happens, your reservation will be terminated on the spot. Any cleanup related to a party or gathering will incur additional cleaning fees and labor/material fees for any damages that were caused. Renters must be 21 years or older to book and stay.
