This charming studio is on the lower level of the Canyonview Craftsman and offers breathtaking canyon views. This studio features a queen bed, a Smart TV, and a heated bathroom floor. The kitchenette is equipped with everything you need for quick meals. For entertainment, enjoy blazing-fast Wi-Fi and a 45-inch HDTV with access to Amazon Prime Video, Apple TV, Disney+, HBO Max, Hulu, and Netflix. A washer and dryer are available in the shared laundry shed. Shared carport parking is available with an EV charger. Feel free to charge your car during non-peak hours (11 pm-7 am), and you will be charged for kilowatt hours used. EVs have priority in the carport parking spot. A pet fee of $100 per pet per stay applies. Experience the best of San Diego within minutes. This centrally located apartment is 5 minutes from Downtown, Balboa Park, Gaslamp Quarter, and the San Diego Zoo, 10 minutes from beaches, including Mission Beach, Ocean Beach, and Pacific Beach, and 15 minutes to La Jolla Cove and UCSD. It is walkable to Trader Joe’s, Ralphs, and local coffee shops with nearby parks and beaches. Biking and scootering are easy with rental options nearby. Shoes must be removed upon entry. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m. Smoking indoors will incur a $200 charge. Undeclared guests will be charged $65 per person. There is a $200 fee per pet for undeclared pets. Do not unplug, tamper with, or cover any Wi-Fi, outdoor security cameras, or locks, as fees will apply. A fee will apply for EV charging during peak hours (7 am to 11 pm), which will be the kilowatt time plus a $30 fee per use. For monthly guests, there is a Utility Cap of $200, and guests will be responsible for any overages. Stairs and terraces abound, so please supervise children and always use provided handrails.
