Make your way up the steps and check yourself in using the easy keyless entry to feel instantly at home within this charming, sun-filled apartment. As you enter, take in the historic charm with a modern twist. The living space offers a smart TV with complimentary access to Netflix, and the cozy couch pulls out to a queen sleeper sofa with extra pillows and sheets provided. The game room is equipped with a full pool table and a chalkboard for tracking scores. In the large, fully stocked kitchen, cook up all your in-home meals using the stainless steel appliances and enjoy meals together at the cozy nook sitting table. The luxuriously large king beds are topped with super soft, quality bedding, and a full bathroom with a glass walk-in shower is fully stocked with fluffy white towels and basic toiletries. Located in the heart of Uptown St Augustine, you're just a short walk from the main street known for boutique shops, art galleries, antique stores, and local eateries. Head south along San Marco Ave for innovative food and drink options, cool indie shops, and end up in the downtown Historic District, which is a whole other adventure. Architecture enthusiasts will appreciate the nearby neighborhoods listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The Trolley offers a fun way to see the city with a hop-on, hop-off service that stops throughout St. Augustine. There may be some potential for noise from neighboring units. Quiet hours are enforced between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. per St. Johns County ordinance. The minimum age to book is 21, and the primary guest must be present for the duration of the stay. No parties are allowed, and any guests outside of the reservation must be approved by the hosts prior to their arrival. The home has an actively recording security camera installed at the front door. No pets are allowed on the property at any time. Late check-outs and early check-ins are subject to an additional fee of $50 per hour. No smoking or vaping is allowed on the property, including the front porch, and evidence of smoking will result in an additional cleaning fee. Illegal drugs, including marijuana, are strictly prohibited. Parents with younger children use the home at their own risk, as it is not child-proofed. Checkout procedures must be completed as written and posted in the house, and any excessive mess will result in additional cleaning fees.

The historic Downtown area is just a short 4-minute drive or a lovely 20-minute walk through the charming neighborhoods. Take a ride on the Old Town Trolley (only a few minutes' walk to the nearest stop) to see everything the city has to offer before stopping in for drinks at The Tini Martini Bar overlooking the water – the perfect way to end each day in the Oldest City. The flat is located right in the heart of Uptown St Augustine just a few minutes’ walk from the main street known for boutique shops, art galleries, antique stores, as well as local eateries from pizza to fine dining — such as the beautiful Raintree Restaurant (a 3-minute walk away) and the delicious Luli’s cupcakes (5 min walk). Head south along San Marco Ave where you will find all sorts of innovative food and drink options, cool indie shops selling everything from furniture to flowers, books, ice cream, cupcakes, art and then wind up in the downtown Historic District (20 min walk) which is a whole other adventure. Those who appreciate architecture from the 1800s to the 1920s will want to walk through a number of small neighborhoods listed on the National Register of Historic Places. These include the Abbott Tract Historic District, Matanzas Bay, Pine, San Marco, Shenandoah Aves, and the Nelmar Terrace Historic District. Jump aboard the Trolley to see the city, or hire a bike and take your time soaking up each neighborhood, museum, and monument. The city is very walkable and we also have Uber or Lyft. There is a trolley stop at the end of the street at the Mission de Nombres. Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am per St. Johns County ordinance and are enforced. The minimum age to book is 25 and the primary guest on the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay. No parties are allowed, and any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved by hosts prior to their arrival. The home has an actively recording security camera installed at the front door. An attempt to remove, tamper, or disconnect the internet to Ring may result in the reservation being canceled and guests requested to vacate the premises. No pets are allowed on the property at any time. No vaping or smoking is allowed whatsoever on the property, including the front porch. If evidence of smoking is found, you will be subject to an additional cleaning fee. Late check-outs and early check-ins are not permitted without prior approval. Guests who stay past checkout time will be charged an additional fee of $50/hr. Illegal drugs, including marijuana, are strictly prohibited. No underage drinking is allowed. Do not flush anything down the toilet except toilet paper. Renters are 100% liable for any and all property damage caused by themselves or guests during their stay. While children are allowed, the home is not child-proofed. Parents with younger children use the home at their own risk. Checkout procedures must be completed as written here and posted in the house. Any excessive mess will result in an additional cleaning fee.
