A game room offers a full pool table with a chalkboard for tracking scores. The large, fully stocked kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, cookware, dinnerware, and utensils, alongside a cozy nook sitting table. Both bedrooms boast luxurious king-size beds with super soft, quality bedding. A full bathroom with a glass walk-in shower, fluffy white towels, and basic toiletries is located between the bedrooms. Enjoy the spacious wrap-around front porch with rocking chairs and a bistro table for outdoor relaxation. Off-street parking for 2 cars is included with your stay. This apartment is pet-friendly for 1 dog under 50 lbs, with some exceptions allowed upon request. The dog must be up to date on vaccinations, fully potty trained, and kenneled, with no puppies under 1 year. A non-refundable pet fee of $150 will be applied, and guests are responsible for any damages caused by the pet. Additional charges of $50 per pile will apply if dog feces are not picked up and properly disposed of. St. Augustine, the nation’s most historic and charming city, offers flavorful dining, art, and culture. This apartment is centrally located in the heart of Uptown St. Augustine, just a few minutes' walk from the main street known for boutique shops, art galleries, antique stores, and local eateries like Raintree Restaurant (a 3-minute walk) and Luli’s cupcakes (a 5-minute walk). Head south along San Marco Avenue for innovative food and drink options, cool indie shops, and the downtown Historic District (a 20-minute walk). Explore neighborhoods listed on the National Register of Historic Places, appreciating architecture from the 1800s to the 1920s, including the Abbott Tract Historic District, Matanzas Bay, Pine, San Marco, Shenandoah Aves, and the Nelmar Terrace Historic District. The apartment is less than a 15-minute walk to historic St. George Street, 1 block from a Trolley stop, and a 7-minute drive to Vilano Beach. Attractions like the Castillo de San Marcos National Monument and Ripley’s Believe It or Not Museum are just a few minutes away. Many of St. Augustine's shops, restaurants, art galleries, and attractions in the historic city center are easily accessible on foot. Quiet hours are observed from 9 pm to 8 am (21:00 - 08:00) per St. Johns County ordinance, and any guests outside of the reservation must vacate the property during this time. The minimum age to book is 21, and the primary guest on the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay. The number of guests must be updated to the correct amount; additional fees may be charged for undeclared guests. This home is not suitable for parties or large group gatherings, including bachelor/bachelorette parties, wedding parties, or receptions. Any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved by hosts prior to their arrival. An actively recording security camera is installed at the front door; tampering with or disconnecting it may result in reservation cancellation and guests being requested to vacate the premises. Do not move furniture, appliances, or decor from their original positions upon check-in, and outdoor furniture must be returned to its original positioning. No vaping or smoking is allowed whatsoever on the property, including the front porch; evidence of smoking will incur an additional cleaning fee. Illegal drugs, including marijuana, and underage drinking are strictly prohibited. Do not flush anything down the toilet except toilet paper. Renters are 100% liable for any and all property damage caused by themselves or guests during their stay. While children are allowed, the home is not child-proofed, and parents with younger children use the home at their own risk. Door codes do not activate until the set check-in time, and early access will not be provided without prior approval. Guests who stay past checkout time will be charged an additional fee of $50 per hour.
