Both bedrooms boast luxurious king-size beds with super soft, quality bedding. A full bathroom with a glass walk-in shower, fluffy white towels, and basic toiletries is located between the bedrooms. Enjoy the spacious wrap-around front porch with rocking chairs and a bistro table for outdoor relaxation. Off-street parking for 2 cars is included with your stay. This apartment is pet-friendly for 1 dog under 50 lbs, with some exceptions allowed upon request. The dog must be up to date on vaccinations, fully potty trained, and kenneled, with no puppies under 1 year. A non-refundable pet fee of $150 will be applied, and guests are responsible for any damages caused by the pet. Additional charges of $50 per pile will apply if dog feces are not picked up and properly disposed of. The minimum age to book is 21, and the primary guest on the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay. The number of guests must be updated to the correct amount; additional fees may be charged for undeclared guests. This home is not suitable for parties or large group gatherings, including bachelor/bachelorette parties, wedding parties, or receptions. Any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved by hosts prior to their arrival. An actively recording security camera is installed at the front door; tampering with or disconnecting it may result in reservation cancellation and guests being requested to vacate the premises. Do not move furniture, appliances, or decor from their original positions upon check-in, and outdoor furniture must be returned to its original positioning.
