Pets are welcome with a one-time charge of $100 per pet, and a maximum of two dogs are allowed. An additional cleaning fee of $150 applies for stays of 28 nights or longer. Free community laundry room access is available. Situated in the recently revitalized downtown area, this apartment is steps away from top dining and entertainment options. The neighborhood is highly walkable, making it easy to explore local attractions and eateries at your own pace. For longer distances, a car offers convenience and flexibility. Please be aware that the location in the vibrant downtown area means you might hear some noise from trains and nightlife. Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the property, and violations will incur a $200 per day fee. Unauthorized late check-out is subject to a $50 fee. Unauthorized late check-out requests must be submitted by 5pm the day before departure and are subject to availability. Guests are responsible for returning all keys and parking credentials, with a $50 fine for each item not returned. An additional $75 cleaning fee may apply if check-out instructions are not followed. For stays over 28 days, the cleaning fee is increased to $150. Guests are responsible for any stains that are not easily removable and may be charged for cleaning costs or replacement of damaged items. There is a fine for house rule violations, and guests who fail to comply with rules may be evicted from the property without a refund. Quiet hours are observed between 10pm and 8am. Guests attempting to violate occupancy limits or quiet hours will be removed immediately.
