The fully equipped kitchen boasts modern appliances and essentials for cooking, and an in-unit washer and dryer are provided for your convenience. The bathroom is clean and modern, stocked with starter toiletries. Parking is available, and guests are required to display their parking permit at all times to avoid being towed. Please note that bath towels are not provided. Located in the vibrant and well-connected National Landing (Pentagon City) neighborhood, this apartment is perfect for both business and leisure travel to the D.C. area. Enjoy a short walk to the Fashion Centre at Pentagon City for essentials. You're also just minutes from the Pentagon City Metro Station, providing easy access to Washington, D.C.'s monuments, museums, and iconic landmarks. The Reagan National Airport (DCA) is just one Metro stop away. For outdoor enthusiasts, the apartment is right next to the 18-mile Mount Vernon Trail, ideal for biking, running, or walking along the Potomac River. A large Harris Teeter supermarket with a pharmacy and Starbucks is conveniently located at Pentagon Row. The building operates a centralized HVAC system, with heating available from October 13 to May 1 and air conditioning from May 15 to October 1. During seasonal transitions, HVAC adjustments are managed by the building association based on outdoor temperatures. Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. For security, all guests must register with a photo ID on the same day as check-in. Smoking is not allowed indoors and may result in a fine. Excessive noise should be avoided as the property is located in a residential area. Check-in is scheduled for 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Late check-out may be available with 24 hours' notice for an additional cost. Package deliveries to the property address are not allowed. Washcloths are not provided.
