Whether you're here for a romantic escape, family retreat, or gathering with friends, this luxurious estate has everything you need for an unforgettable stay. There is free parking available for use by guests and visiting company. You can use the parking within the driveway or additional parking on the street in front of the home as needed. Please abide by all local parking laws and avoid parking over any sidewalks as the city is known to cite for cars parked in a way that spills over from the driveway into blocking a sidewalk from normal use. Explore nearby Lake Lowell, just a short walk away, and enjoy the tranquil creek running behind the estate. The neighborhood offers a serene environment perfect for relaxation and adventure. The home has a coded door lock so no interaction with the host is necessary. You can come and go as you please. However, smoking, vaping, or the use of any recreational drugs is strictly prohibited anywhere within or upon the premises. Reports of failure to comply with the smoking/drug policy, noise curfew cut off time of 10pm, and pet policies will result in additional expenses to remove odors or repair any damages done to the property that hinder another same day check-in. With the homeowners having severe pet allergies within their family, this home strictly prohibits any pets from visiting or residing within it. Guests are required to digitally agree and sign house rules and rental agreement which will be emailed once booking is received.

With a private guest house, this property features a total of 7 bedrooms and multiple living rooms. Parking is free for guests and visiting company, with options within the driveway or additional parking on the street in front of the home. For larger groups, parking nearby and shuttling in is recommended to avoid congestion within the neighborhood. The master suite is a true retreat, complete with its own private living room, while the guest house serves as an ideal option for separate quarters for brides and grooms or larger groups. This estate comfortably sleeps 40+ guests, and we specialize in accommodating larger groups. If your total group size exceeds 16 guests, reach out for a customized quote as the base price online is for group sizes smaller than 16. Additionally, for very large groups, additional rentals nearby are available to suit your needs. The home has a coded door lock, allowing you to come and go as you please without interaction with the host. However, hosts are available via message or text at any time for questions or requests.
