This apartment features a large kitchen with a spacious living and dining area, century-old wood flooring, updated appliances, recessed lighting, and granite countertops. The newer units have exquisite quartz countertops. Residents share access to a large private courtyard and a swimming pool. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. A high chair and Pack ’n Play are available upon request. Located one block off St. Charles Street, this apartment is adjacent to everything the Garden District offers. The Residences du Carondelet are within one block of St. Charles Street Car Lines, providing easy access to Mid-City, City Park, the Central Business District (CBD), the Garden District, the Universities, and the Carrollton neighborhood. The CBD, known for its dining, music venues, and nightlife, is within walking distance. The French Quarter and Bourbon Street are a short 5-minute ride away, and the Superdome and Smoothie King Center are a 7-minute ride away. Many restaurants are within walking distance. House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. Violators will be charged a $500 fine. Renters who exceed the maximum occupancy limit and falsify occupancy information at the time of reservation are subject to eviction and will be charged a fine of $200 - $500. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment or on the balcony, and any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors. Pets are not allowed, and violation of this policy may result in a $500 fine plus cleaning expenses. Quiet hours are observed from 9 pm to 8 am, and violators will be charged a $200 fine. Gatherings of more than 6 people, including both overnight guests and visitors, are not allowed and may be subject to eviction. Extra guests and visitors are not permitted without management consent. The number of overnight guests cannot exceed the maximum occupancy. Guests residing within a 100-mile radius are required to contact the host before booking. For same-day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking. Check-in time is any time after 4 pm, and check-out time is any time before 10 am. Guests are welcome to request an early check-in or late checkout, but this is not guaranteed and can only be confirmed 24 hours in advance. The residence has no dedicated parking. Free street parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. A high chair and Pack ’n Play are available upon request. You'll be steps away from the St. Charles Streetcar line, providing easy access to the Garden District, French Quarter, and all the vibrant neighborhoods of New Orleans. The Central Business District, Superdome, and Smoothie King Center are also within walking distance or a quick ride. Magazine Street shopping and dining are 1.2 miles away, Harrah’s Casino is 1.6 miles away, and Louis Armstrong International Airport is 24 miles away. Walgreens is just a 1-minute walk away. Smoking in the unit or on the balcony will incur a $250 fine plus cleaning costs to remove smoke odors. Quiet hours are observed from 9 pm to 8 am, with a $200 fine for violations.
