  Cardinal Schools. Nice 2 bedroom apartment. Avail. approx. the first-2nd week in February. Lock it in now! Depending on your needs you could use the Large bedroom for the living room and the other area as a dining area and still have the small bedroom for a nice 1 bedroom apartment or use it as a 2 bedroom. The small 2nd bedroom would also be a great office. You cut across the corner of the small bedroom to get to the bathroom. There are laundry hook ups (with electric dryer hook up) for your washer and dryer in the shared basement. The basement has an outside entrance so you can even store a bike down there easily. The bathroom is somewhat narrow and is accessed through the smaller bedroom. Very cute apartment with nice high ceilings. Absolutely NO pets and No smoking on the property,please. This is the center main floor unit of this triplex in the Village. A portion of your monthly (flat rate) payment covers lawn care,water and sewer and trash. You pay your own gas and electric and can bring your own a/c.
