The expansive 2nd level serves as the heart of the home with an open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area flowing onto a balcony off the kitchen, plus a convenient half bath. The 4th-level lounge can double as a second living area with seating, a TV, and an arcade machine, and its own private patio accessible through a sleek modern garage door. The gourmet, fully stocked kitchen is perfect for preparing meals. Hotel-grade linen cleaning is provided. Two-car garage parking is available. Dogs are welcome, up to two under 50lbs. Centrally located on 8th Avenue South and adjacent to the Waverly Neighborhood, this home is within walking distance of Hattie B's, Zanies, Baked on 8th, and other local restaurants, cafes, and shops. It's a short drive to major attractions: 9 minutes to Broadway and Bridgestone Arena, 7 minutes to The Gulch, 5 minutes to Geodis Park, 8 minutes to Nissan Stadium, and 4 minutes to 12 South. Vanderbilt is 6 minutes away, and Belmont is 5 minutes away. Quiet hours should be observed to respect the neighbors. Smoking is not allowed inside or within 25 feet of the property, and a $500 fee will apply if smoke of any kind is detected in the home. If anything breaks or gets damaged during your stay, please notify us. The cleaning fee does not cover excessive mess, and guests should follow the check-out instructions to avoid additional fees.
