The unit has a 30-night minimum, renter pays 17.962% taxes and fees. We also collect a security deposit of $2,500. The security deposit will be refunded to you after your check out date, minus any damages/additional cleaning needed for the condo. Winter 2025 is $11,000/mo + taxes and fees, Spring 2025 is $10,500/mo + taxes and fees; Summer rate is $10,000/mo + taxes and fees; Fall rate is $9,500/mo + taxes and fees;
