The home includes a king bed and two queen beds, three baths, a gym, a workspace, a garage, laundry facilities, ultra-fast Wi-Fi, a smart TV, and a Ring security system. It is perfect for film and production, offering block booking capabilities, bulk discounts, tailored services, and seamless tax credit assistance. Dogs are allowed with a fee of $250 for the first dog and $100 for the second. An extra $5 per night fee applies for charging electric vehicles using the home's electricity. Hot tub use incurs an additional fee of $200. Parking is free off- or on-street. Historic Kirkwood, incorporated in 1899 as an early streetcar suburb of Atlanta, is nestled perfectly between the centers of Atlanta and Decatur. It features its own petite downtown with lovely shops and restaurants, a lush tree canopy, gorgeous Craftsman and Victorian homes, and the lively Pratt-Pullman Yard event space, making it an ideal place to call home. The nearest MARTA Station is East Lake. Parties are strictly prohibited, with violators facing eviction, a $1000 fine, and additional fees. Indoor smoking is fined $1500 plus ozone remediation costs. Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM, and failure to comply may result in a fine of one night's rent. Late check-out incurs fees, and only registered guests are allowed on the premises. Unauthorized guests may result in fines and eviction. Check-in is available 24/7 via custom-coded keypad deadbolt locks, and all properties have Ring video doorbell cameras for security.
