Feel at home in this private cottage centrally located in downtown Hampton Beach, just one block from the ocean and right near the main boardwalk. This cottage offers 3 bedrooms, 3 beds, 1 bathroom, and a full kitchen, plus your own private porch. This cottage is less than 500 feet from the beach and offers a full kitchen. High Tide has parking for 1 vehicle in your own lot right outside the cottage. If you have additional vehicles or more than one larger vehicle you will need to find alternative parking. There are paid parking lots around the boardwalk or you can utilize the Hampton Park & Ride that allows free overnight parking. High Tide is located on the north side of the Hampton Beach Boardwalk, less than 400 feet from the Ocean Blvd where you will find the main boardwalk to everything Hampton has to offer. The ocean is also directly across the street. You can walk from the rental to the beach, restaurants, shopping, and more. Quiet hours are between 9 pm and 8 am. Guests should not leave the apartment in a state that requires excessive or deep cleaning (dirty dishes, soiled floors). Cleaning fees set by the host are only meant to cover the cost of standard cleaning between reservations. Trash pickup is Monday and Thursday. Guests should put their trash in designated trash receptacles and be mindful of excessive amounts of trash. Where guests cause damage that is beyond normal wear and tear, we expect guests to inform the host of the damage as soon as possible and work with the host to find a reasonable solution. Guests are expected to pay a reasonable request for reimbursement if they’re responsible for damage, missing items, or unexpected cleaning costs. Disruptive gatherings are always prohibited. [SI]
