Feel at home in the Campbell Carriage House, nestled on a lovely property behind a cottage-style home, just moments from downtown Clarksville. This property, which sits over the garage, features two bedrooms and one full bathroom. Once you enter up the stairs, the Carriage House opens up to the living room and kitchen. You will have access to the beautiful grass out-front. This is a pet-friendly home. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended, and are not allowed on furniture or beds. All waste must be cleaned up from the yard. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. Located on a large lot in a quiet residential neighborhood, this house is a short drive to King Tut Coffee and Providence Boulevard, under 10 minutes to Campbell, APSU, and downtown Clarksville, and just an hour to Nashville Airport and downtown Nashville. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. If our cleaning crew reports any signs of smoking cigarettes, vapes, e-cigs, pipes, etc. (smell, ash, etc.) in or around the home, an automatic $500 damage charge will be incurred. The same charge applies if cigarette butts are found outside. If marijuana is smoked in or around the home a $500 fee will be charged, and details about the reservation may be turned over to the appropriate authorities. Parties are prohibited. There is a $100 charge for third-party trash removal if an excessive amount of trash is left at the property. You must be at least 21 years of age to rent this property. [SI]
