This studio is outfitted with top-of-the-line appliances, including a dishwasher, dryer, and washer, providing a seamless living experience. Luxurious interiors with designer finishes and fast Wi-Fi make this space perfect for hosting guests, working remotely, or simply relaxing. If you’ll need parking during your stay, a convenient option is available through LAZ at a monthly rate. Nestled in the heart of the vibrant Bath Beach area of Brooklyn, you’ll experience a unique blend of neighborhood charm, seaside views, and convenient city access. The neighborhood is perfectly positioned between Coney Island and Bensonhurst, offering the chance to explore iconic attractions as well as experience the quieter, local charm of a seaside community. The D subway line is only a 10-minute walk, taking you directly into Manhattan in about 45 minutes. Several bus routes are nearby, including the B6 and B82, which provide quick access to local destinations and transfer points. Bath Beach is a walkable and bike-friendly neighborhood. The Shore Parkway Greenway offers beautiful paths along the water, perfect for a walk or bike ride, and is an excellent way to explore the waterfront parks and nearby attractions. Check-in is available between 2:00 PM and 7:00 PM, with key collection at the reception. If you plan to arrive between 7:00 PM and 11:00 PM, we may still be able to accommodate your check-in for an additional fee, subject to availability. The building management can impose fines of up to $500 for violations of the no-smoking policy. A fee will be charged for missing or replacement keys, as well as incidents of lockout, according to the following schedule: Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM: $75 lockout fee, Monday - Friday: 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM: $150 lockout fee, Friday (4:00 PM) - Monday (8:00 AM): $200 lockout fee. For check-ins after 7 PM, we may be able to accommodate your request for an additional fee ($60-$150), as we will need to arrange for someone to assist with your late arrival.
