Designed with both relaxation and convenience in mind, this unit features contemporary finishes, a fully stocked kitchen, an in-unit washer and dryer, a smart TV with streaming apps installed, complimentary coffee, and open living spaces ideal for families or groups. Onsite parking is available at $25 per vehicle, per night. Escape to the coastal charm of Sunny Isles Beach, where golden sands meet turquoise waters and every day feels like a getaway. Nestled between the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway, this peaceful yet upscale neighborhood offers a more relaxed side of Miami with all the luxury and beauty you'd expect. Just a short stroll from the beach, this apartment places you in the perfect spot to soak up the sun, explore nearby parks, or indulge in waterfront dining. Nearby attractions include Sunny Isles Beach (0.2 miles), Heritage Park (0.3 miles), Oleta River State Park (2.3 miles), Aventura Mall (3 miles), Haulover Park (2.1 miles), and Bal Harbour Shops (4 miles). Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-8am each day. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM (with a $75/hr late fee). One towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal, and the presence of emotional support animals can be declined. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and pass through our verification portal. In some instances, you may be asked to complete a criminal background check. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry.
