Shared amenities include kayaks, balconies, porch swings, fire pits, beaches, yard games, play structures, loungers, outdoor furniture, and grills. Kayaks are available for rent between 12 pm-7 pm from Memorial Day to Labor Day, requiring a Kayak Rental Waiver. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 6 am. This is a non-smoking property, and any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $1000 fine. Events are not allowed. No parties are permitted in the motel room, with a $1000 fine for violations. Any damage caused by guests must be reported immediately and will be the responsibility of the guest to repair or replace. No jumping on beds. Guests are asked to respect the property. Check-in time is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Late check-outs may result in additional charges.
